                                       Overtime Work and Work on Holidays


             Policy

             The Company expects an employee to accomplish his/her job assignment within the normal working hours,
             so that, employees can have proper rest after working hours. It will result in the good health and quality of
             personal life of employees. However, in some necessary instances, a supervisor may request an employee to
             work beyond his/her normal working hours.

             1. Payment for overtime and holiday work

               1.1.   An employee, who has NO supervisory authority or does not fall into the work conditions specified
                     in 1.4 below and is assigned by his supervisor to work overtime and/or to work on a holiday, will be
                     entitled to overtime pay and/or holiday pay on an hourly basis.

               1.2.  The payment will be made for the actual hours during which work is delivered excluding rest period,
                     and not over the number of hours that was earlier approved by the supervisor.

               1.3.  Employee who works in excess of the normal working hours without prior request and approval from
                     an authorized manager will NOT be entitled for the payment of overtime and/or holiday work.

               1.4.  Employee whose work condition does NOT constitute the entitlement of overtime pay and/or holiday
                     pay include,

                     1.4.1.  Any employee who has the supervisory authority and duty to act on behalf of the Company
                           concerning  conditions  of  employment,  granting  gratuities,  penalizing,  reducing  wages,  or
                           termination of employment,

                     1.4.2.  Field employee whose nature of the work has no definite fixed working schedule or hours,

                     1.4.3.  An employee assigned to guard or take care a premise or property which is his normal duty,

                     1.4.4.  An employee assigned to work on any shift and who come to work on such assigned shift of
                           not exceeding 8 hours,

                     1.4.5.  An employee who travels to other locations other than that of his usual work place, he is not
                           entitled to receive overtime pay during traveling.

               1.5.  Payment will be made according to the following rates
                                    Types of Overtime                         Times of Basic Salary
                      Overtime on normal working days                                1.5 times

                      Work during normal working hours on holidays                   2.0 times
                      Overtime on holidays                                           3.0 times

               1.6.  Calculation of wage per hour

                             Employee Wage Type                             Wage per Hour
                      Daily-Wage Employee                  Wage per Hour = Wage per Day / 8 hours
                      Monthly-Wage Employee                Wage per Hour = Monthly Salary / 240 hours
