Chapter 3

                                 Normal Working Days and Normal Working Hours


             Policy

             The  Company  has  announced  the  normal  working  days  and  working  hours  to  support  the  management,
             operations, sales, and services of the Company. However, to meet departmental requirements or business
             needs, the Company may make changes as it deems appropriate.

             1.  Normal Working Days

                    1.1 Office Employee          6 days per week (Monday – Saturday)
                    1.2 Academic Employee        6 days per week (as per roster)

             2.  Normal Working Hours
                 The following normal working hours will apply to all departments unless otherwise specified:


                     Employee                Working Hours                         Rest Period
                                      8 hours per day                1 hour
                Office Employee
                                      (from 08:30 a.m. to 17:30 p.m.)   (from 12:00 p.m. to 13:00 p.m.)
                                      8 hours per day                1 hour
                Academic Employee
                                      (as per roster)                (within 5 hours continuous working period)

               If either  the  Company  or  any  authorized  personnel  makes changes  to  the  above  working  hours,  such
               changes shall apply accordingly.

             3.  Time Record
               Except the office employees, all store employees, when starting and finishing their work, are required to
               record their attendance into the time recording machine available at all stores.
