Chapter 4

                               Weekly Holidays, Public Holidays and Annual Leave


             Policy

             There are 3 types of Holidays; Weekly Holidays, Public Holidays, and Annual Leave.

             1.  Weekly Holidays

                    1.1   Office Employee               1 days per week (Sunday)
                    1.2   Academic Employee             1 days per week
                                                        (As per Roster, within 6 continuous working days)

             2. Public Holidays (Traditional Holidays)

                    2.1 The Company will announce a total of at least 13 traditional holidays per calendar year including
                        the National Labor Day.
                    2.2 The list of traditional holidays will be announced before the year to which it will be effective.
                    2.3 Employees are granted public holidays with normal pay.
                    2.4 The Company may cancel any announced traditional holidays, and may replace them with other
                        occasion.

                    2.5 Should any announced traditional holidays fall on weekly holidays; the Company will substitute it
                        on the following workday.
                    2.6 If an employee is required to work on the announced public holidays due to the nature and/or the
                        requirement of the work, the Company will either compensate such employee with the payment
                        for holiday work or manage for day-off rearrangement as appropriate.

             3. Annual Leave

                    3.1 An employee, who has passed the probation period, can immediately take an annual leave from
                        the first year of joining in the prorated number of full entitlement subject to the length of service
                        from joining month until December 31 of that year, for example, 1 May to 31 December is equal
                        to 8 / 12 of full entitlement days. Meanwhile, the full entitlement is subject to the following practice,
