2. Incentive Bonus
Policy
The Company has stipulated the policy for the payment of Incentive Bonus with the objective to incentivize
and reward the employee who have co-operated in driving the company’s business under their responsibility
to achieve agreed goal.
Eligibility
An employee who is eligible for the Incentive Bonus will have to meet the below qualifications:
1 Being a permanent employee, who has passed work probation period.
2 Still under the employment of the company and is still working with the company at the time of payment.
3 In the event that employee is being transfer to other company in the same group using the same payment
of incentive bonus policy, the working time of such employee is counted continuously and the payment
of incentive bonus for the first month will be made under the regulation of the former company if such
company agree to pay such incentive bonus to their employees.
4 The Company reserves its right to consider the Incentive bonus entitlement of some employees who
already have the agreement with the company to receive other form of incentive.
5 Employee who received written warning from the company in any month will not be eligible to receive
incentive bonus for such month and the original department will have to inform the name of that employee
to Corporate HR Division or Brand HR
The year-on-year policy will be issued at the beginning of the year.
