                                              3. Performance KPI Bonus

             Policy

             Performance Bonus is an exclusive reward policy by the sole discretion of the Management for an employee

             who is considered having a good performance and contributing value to the success of the Company. There
             is no guaranteed or fixed bonus for all employees. The rate of the performance bonus depends on the result
             of performance evaluation of each individual employee.

             Eligibility

                  In general, employee must be in Department Manager (DH) level or above to be eligible for KPI bonus.
                  Employee who joined the company on or prior to 1  January of the performance year (previous year of

                   March) will be eligible for full KPI bonus based on achievement.

                  Employee who joined the company from 2  January to 31  August will be eligible for a prorated KPI
                   bonus.
                  Employee who was employed from 1  September or the first working day of September onwards and

                   / or is still under work probation is not eligible for the KPI bonus.
                  Employee who was transferred between business units of the Minor Group is eligible for the KPI bonus
                   as per above criteria.
                  For the avoidance of doubt, individuals who submit their resignation prior to bonus payment are still

                   eligible to receive their KPI bonus entitlement, as long as they are still actively employed on 31  March.
             Bonus Payment Date

             The Company will pay the performance bonus to eligible employees on the salary payment date of March.

             The year-on-year policy will be issued at the beginning of the year.
