Leave of Absence

4. Military Service Leave

Condition

Military training leave with pay will be granted to conscripted male employees throughout the time required by

the Military but not exceed 60 days per year.

Procedures

 An employee shall submit an e-leave request together with official documents to his supervisor at least
7 working days in advance or right after that the employee receives the military roll.
 Upon having been released from the military training or mobilization, the employee shall repost to work
immediately. A document certifying such training or mobilization shall be submitted to the Company.
