Benefits and Allowances
1. Group Accident Insurance
Eligibility
The company has enrolled the employee under Group Accident Insurance Plan effective from the first working
day. The compensation and various coverage terms and conditions can be referred in the appendix A of this
policy.
Termination of Coverage
Upon termination of employment, coverage will be automatically terminated. An employee must return his/her
medical insurance card to Human Resources Department on or before the departure.
Other Detailed conditions and Procedures
Refer to the Insurance Plan Handbook. The Company will review this policy from time to time and may change
and / or delete any parts of this policy as deemed appropriate.
