Leave of Absence
6. Vasectomy / Tubal Ligation Leave
Condition
An employee is entitled to vasectomy / tubal ligation leave with pay in accordance with a recommendation
from a first-class physician.
Procedure
An employee shall submit an e-leave request at least 3 working days in advance, and shall submit a medical
certificate from a first-class physician to the HR Department within 7 working days upon returning to work.
