                                           2. Annual Physical Examination

             Policy
             The Company will arrange the annual physical examination for employees once per year. This is to ensure
             that  employees  are in  good  health.  An employee  who  avoids  taking annual  physical  examination  may  be
             subjected  to  disciplinary  action,  and  may  not  be  allowed  to  reimburse  for  medical  expenses  or  other
             employee’s benefits.

             Eligibility

             The physical checkup takes place in the last two quarters of each year.  All permanent full time employees
             who commenced their employment by 31  December of the year before will be eligible for the checkup.
