                                               Benefits and Allowances

                                                   6. Death Benefits

             Policy
             To assist an employee or employee’s family members in case of the death of the employee or an employee’s
             immediate family members.

             Assistances
             The Company will grant the following assistances:  In case of the death of the employee or death of employee’s
             immediate family.

             Eligibility
             All permanent full-time employees and full-time contracted employees with at least 1 year of contract period or
             longer.

             Reimbursement Procedures
             An employee is able to reimburse this assistance by submitting the death certificate together with the house
             registration or document that shows the parental or children relationship to the Human Resources Department.


             The Company will pay the assistance money into the employee’s bank account according to the Accounting
             Department payment schedule. The employee will be responsible for income tax incurred from this assistance

             Beneficiary
               1.  In case of the death of an employee, the Company will pay the assistances to the beneficiaries according
                  to the information the employee provided to the Company.

               2.  In case of the death of an employee’s immediate members, the Company will pay the assistances to the
                  employee.
