Assets and Entitlement for Company’s Business
2. Mobile IT Devices and Mobile Phone Allowance
Policy
To enable Minor Food employees and executives in achieving their business goals, regardless of the physical
location or as they extensively travel and visiting their store operations premises, the Company will provide
mobile IT devices (mobile phone and tablet such as iPad) or mobile allowance to the employee considering
there is a need to use a portable IT device for more efficient company’s business.
Objective
To provide a mobile IT device for Minor Food employees of a certain position as a facilitating and supporting
tool in performing their jobs on outside of the office or as they perform during their business trips. The
following entitlements are described as below:
1) Mobile Phone and Mobile Usage by Position / Role

* For Department Head who have been assigned to work outside Thailand, the company will provide mobile
phone (has to be approved by CPO). The mobile phone users will not eligible for mobile phone allowance.
2) Mobile Phone Allowance by Level
In case there is a need basis to provide mobile phone allowance to individual who are not entitled by
any criteria above or employee who entitled to company mobile phone but prefer to get mobile phone
allowance instead, the below table will be applied.

3) Special Approval for Mobile Device Model, Mobile Phone Allowance and Mobile Usage
If an employee who is not eligible for the portable devices (mobile phone or tablet), mobile phone allowance
and mobile usage, a request must be submitted to and approved by the business manager of CH (L1)
level or higher, CFO and CPO.
