4. Service Award
Objective
To recognize Minor Food’s employee for their years of service and to provide a clear procedure for celebrating
long service award ceremony.
Eligibility
Full time employees at Minor Food are eligible to obtain service award.
Length of service is counted until 31 December each year and determined by the total number of
service year at Minor Food Group or total years at Minor Group in case of transfer between groups
with continue the service year.
If the employee leaves Minor Food for period of time and be rehired, only the new length of service
year will be counted or as agreed in employment contract.
Procedure
Length of Service Award
Recognition for length of service will be made at five years intervals, beginning with the 10th year of
service as per table below.

5 Years Yes Gift, value depending on management discretion
10 years Yes Cash award of 10,000 Baht
15 years Yes Cash award of 15,000 Baht
20 years Yes Cash award of 20,000 Baht
25 years Yes Cash award of 25,000 Baht
30 Years Yes Cash award of 30,000 Baht
The eligible employee with active employment status on the payment date will be granted to receive
a certificate and cash award.
Human Resources Department by staff party project leader will prepare the service award name list
for each year eligibility for approval by Head of HR (Corporate and HR Brand respectively) on an
annual basis.
Upon approval, Human Resources Department will arrange to pay cash award through payroll in the
same month as Minor Food Staff Party.
The cash award is considered as an employee’s additional income, so it is taxable and employee is
required to responsible for his/her own tax.
The company reserves the right to make alterations to this policy depending on the management discretion.
