3.4.2  A superior in the level of Department Head or equivalent position is authorized to apply the

                          actions under 3.1.1 – 3.1.2.
                    3.4.3  A superior in the level of Director and above or equivalent is authorized to apply any action as

                          he deems fit under 3.1.1 to 3.1.4, including civil claims for damages.

                    3.4.4  A superior in the level of Director and above or equivalent is authorized to apply any action as
                          he deems fit under 3.1.5 with an acknowledgement of Chief People Officer.

               3.5  An employee is exempted from any disciplinary action for refusing any acts of fraud and corruption,

                    even if such refusal may result in the company losing business under the Anti-Fraud and Corruption
                    Policy.
