Grievance
Principle
The Company outlines the criteria for complaints and appeals against treatment, regulation violation with the
purpose to promote harmonious relations between the Company and employees. To rapidly protect, minimize
or dispel misunderstanding that may affect the morale and spirit of employees.
1. Definition of Grievance
A grievance refers to matters that an employee is frustrated or anxious at.
2. Grievance Procedures
2.1 When an employee has a grievance, he/she should express the concerns with his/her immediate
supervisor first, If the employee is not willing or unable to discuss the concern with his/her immediate
supervisor, he/she may submit his grievance in writing to higher level of supervisor or to Director of
Human Resources or Manager of Human Resources Department within 7 days after the occurrence of
such concern.
2.2 The grievance letter shall have the following details.
2.2.1 Date
2.2.2 Name and department of the grievant
2.2.3 The person to whom the grievance is directed
2.2.4 Reasons of the grievance
2.2.5 Detailed explanation of the grievance
2.2.6 Objectives of the grievance
2.2.7 Signature of the grievance
3. Investigation and Review of the Grievance
3.1 The person who accepts the grievance letter shall complete the investigation within 7 days.
3.2 An immediate solution shall be implemented thorough the chain of command and clarification shall be
made within 7 days from the date the investigation and consideration are completed. If no solution can
be found, it shall be reported to a higher superior and the grievant.
4. Settlement of Grievance
4.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the solution, he should submit the grievance letter to the Human
Resource Manager within 5 days after the solution is reported.
