Assets and Entitlement for Company’s Business
1. Employee Computer
Policy
The Company will provide the Computer Desktop or Notebook to the employee to enable them to perform
his/her work more conveniently and efficiently. However, in order to maximize their usage and minimize the
risks to these machines, the following procedures are described below:

1. General Terms
1.1. A computer device and its standard auxiliary peripherals are a part of company asset lent to the
employee for the daily work. Employee must safeguard them and as if it is employees’ own property
and return them to the company by his/her resignation.
1.2. One employee is usually allocated or can possess only one computer device either a notebook or a
desktop computer at a time and for a certain period of time prior to the replacement.
2. Standard Provision Criteria
The model of notebook and computer desktop will be based on MIS Policy and Guideline.

Any exceptional requisition of computer against the criteria stated in the Employee Computer Policy criteria
(ordering superior computer type and model than the standard provision of his/her level), apart from the
approved PC/NB Leasing Request Form by Employee’s Line Manager and Financial Controller, the
request must be approved by HR Manager or higher of the via e-mail.
