               Our Fee Structure


               Our fee structure is simple and transparent and is based on our partnership model and the objective
               of creating a long-term business strategy.

               The pricing is based on a ‘Per Booking model. Put simply, we charge a flat rate fee for each booking
               made inclusive of any number of air sectors and there is no additional charge for hotel and rental
               car bookings made in the same booking, when booked simultaneously. This ‘bundled’ approach
               provides simplicity and peace of mind knowing that your booking fees will not escalate
               uncontrollably.

               Total transparency


               Our overarching relationship will be based on total transparency and trust where there are no
               hidden costs, where the fares quoted is the fares booked and the fares you pay for. A relationship
               where we work together to ensure the services we provide meet the needs of Bunzl, your
               employees and travellers. As part of our commitment, we will provide you with data direct from
               IATA, alongside the data from our systems so you can clearly and transparently reconcile our charges
               and those of our mutual airline partner.

               We are fully committed to delivering a best in class travel program to Bunzl and your travellers and
               will help drive value and return on investment and grows with you as your business expands rapidly.
