                   •  eGlobalfares: access to customised, market-specific, private and published fares and
                       specially negotiated rates in 75 countries. This provides access to the most economical fares
                       available in the international markets and offers them alongside the fares from the
                       Australian market - typically resulting in savings of $200 - $2000 per fare.


               Hotel
               We have seen that industry trends are changing and we see more and more buyers wanting to use a
               B2C platform to book. We address this through the integration of our sister company AOTHotels (the
               accommodation program provider for the Australian Government), through which Bunzl will have
               access to:

                   •  Last minute/dynamic online rates. These rates have parity with rates available widely on the
                       internet.
                   •  Wholesale/leisure rates.
                   •  Aggregated third party hotel content from suppliers such as Priceline Group, Hotel Beds and
                       GTA.
                   •  Additional Bunzl negotiated static year-round rates, supplemented by special offers and
                       value-adds such as breakfast for defined periods.
                   •  A wide range of properties, not available or bookable through the Global Distribution System
                       (GDS). For example, hotels in rural and regional Australia, with over 80% delivering instant
                       confirmation
                   •  Hotel folio reporting, providing Bunzl with visibility on all hotel costs.
                   •  A complete charge-back service offering enhanced credit card data to Bunzl.
