Reporting – Business Intelligence Tool
We recognise that access to reliable and timely data is the cornerstone of effective decision making
and we’ve invested significantly in creating our own data warehouse, dashboard suites and
insightful, actionable information to support the Bunzl travel program.
Accessible via SSO from within our Portal, our reporting suite combines all your data together, no
matter what or where it currently resides, and transforms it into valuable insights in seconds. This
will drive business improvements and cost savings by quickly alerting you to opportunities for action
and decision making, that might otherwise have remained buried in the data. The platform can also
be configured to send alerts and notifications without having to log into a dashboard or report
(unless you want or need to). Your team will have access to interactive charts with drill-down to
source data, self-service report customisation, scheduled and ad-hoc report sharing that are most
relevant and specific to their function or role within the organisation. All dashboard data can be
downloaded to Excel, CSV or PPT formats.
Features and functionality of our reporting:
• Data agnostic platforms allow users to upload any data and see it integrated with other data
sources, including expense management, Meetings and Events data, travel policies and
supplier contracts.
• Accessible by all staff/travellers.
• Ability for Bunzl's users to tailor their unique view and use of the information.
• Surfaces the insights you need, so your time and their time is spent acting on the insights,
not creating/finding them.
• Scheduling function allows Bunzl users to customise data queries and set them to run
automatically.
• Alert function tells users what they need to know and action as soon as events are triggered.
