Zeno provides full visibility of options, for example with flights, Zeno is intuitive and prompts the
user on times, dates and location to save time. Preferred suppliers, fares and rates are highlighted
with icons and imagery to help provide the right focus. When choosing an airfare that is not the
cheapest in that time window, the traveller will have to provide a reason code, which is sent to an
approver at time of booking. This will help drive improvements in compliance to Air Policy, and drive
down Bunzl’s average ticket price. Zeno can display only the lowest logical fare to the user,
preventing them from selecting out of policy, if this is a requirement in Bunzl's Travel Program.

Search results for flights, accommodation and car hire can be configured in a variety of ways to suit
Bunzl's travel policy.

If a user does not select the lowest option in policy for air, hotel or car they can be asked for
justification before the booking can be completed in Zeno. This information is captured for both
approval and reporting purposes.
