The QBT Mobile App is marked to deliver in the initial launch:
• Automatic QBT itinerary import (Online and Offline
bookings)
• Live push notifications (check in reminders / gate changes /
flight delays / QBT travel alert notifications)
• Direct access to Zeno online booking tool (SSO)
• Direct access to Concur Mobile App (Deep link)
• Itinerary import feature – Send itineraries to the app to
import
• Customised branding – Show Bunzl logo in the mobile app
• Links to external services (Visa services / open table /
expense management platforms)
• Navigation services, map support for Apple and Google
maps
• Offline itinerary support (assist when roaming
internationally)
Additional features to be tested after launch will be:
• Virtual Credit Card support (Conferma and Troovo)
• Direct integration to Expense Management (SSO)
• Geo-location traveller tracking (Duty of care module)
• Airport parking services
• Chat support services – Chat with your QBT agent
• Post trip surveys
• Travel policy support and guidance
• Travel Carbon offset functionality support
The QBT Mobile App supports click-to-call, which will launch the
native caller functions on your Apple or Android device for:
• Contact QBT
• Contact Hotel directly
• Contact suppliers directly (Car hire, Transfers etc)
The QBT Mobile App will be provided as a standard feature upon
launch at no cost. Additional modules and features will be
introduced as the platform is expanded, information will be
provided then of costs (if any) for these new services.
