Our tool puts relevant insights into the hands of the stakeholders that need to know, in time to take
               action, for example Bunzl might receive an alert that tells you “Here are all the travellers who have
               not booked accommodation for their trip, or have booked a stay in a non-preferred hotel, or above
               the agreed rate” or “Here are all the travellers with a high travel stress rating" and "Here are all your
               flights where you have more than 10 people booked on the same plane".


               Traveller friction
               Dashboards will also deliver Behaviour Analyses so Bunzl can see if travellers are burning out. Who is
               most at risk because of all the time they spend travelling on weekends? Which of your travellers
               would most be affected by a downgrade to your long-haul business class policy? Our platform
               surfaces these insights, as well as information on travellers who create cost by continually change
               their travel plans or who create bookings and then don’t travel.

               Program opportunities

               The impact of potential behaviour changes is measured in our reporting system – specifically
               ‘Program Opportunities’.


               Our Business Intelligence reporting system also allows QBT to provide bespoke opportunity analyses
               based on Bunzl's program goals.  Our reporting system will serve up actionable insights that will
               provide Bunzl with visibility over performance and opportunities directly related to behavioural
               buying patterns. The alert system provides an additional feature of proactive management of buying
               patterns and cost management, pre- and post-ticketing.

               Budget tracking
               QBT Business Intelligence can provide budget tracking reporting.  During implementation of our
               improved Business Intelligence Tool, your Account Manager will scope your specific requirements
               for reporting (via card) on budgeted vs actual expenditure. The card can be created at company,
               division or community level within your organisation. This card will be accessible to nominated users
               and via the QBT Business Intelligence platform accessed via SSO from the QBT Portal.

               The card reports data in real-time, and only nominated Bunzl personnel will have access to view the
               data.  The card can be flagged as a scheduled report on a recurring basis to nominated recipients,
               and it can also be shared ad hoc to nominated recipients directly from the system.  Additionally, QBT
               can schedule alerts in our Business Intelligence Tool based on the budget versus actual card and
               data, removing the need to access the system for updates as alerts can be triggered based on key
               goals or metrics.
