Our role in change management is to ensure a seamless and pain-free transition to QBT. In our
experience, the communication effort required during the implementation process is often
underestimated. We publish a client communication plan guiding you through the process from the
award, through to contract and post-implementation, outlining our change management
communication practices throughout.
We recognise that a change in travel management provider may result in changes in other travel-
related areas, such as booking procedures, online booking platforms and expense reconciliation
methods, all of which impact the end user’s experience.
The following graphic illustrates the various stages in the implementation process, and QBT’s areas
of focus with both project and change management. This approach is refined and improved, with
lessons learnt gained, recorded and acted upon with every implementation that we do.
