Financial terms

• Fees submitted are valid for 60 days from submission
• QBT may renegotiate our financial offering if one or more of the below assumptions or
industry conditions change (including but not limited to):
o travel volume variance or mix of transactions greater than 10%
o changes in preferred supplier agreements, service configuration model, service
levels, scope of services required and service locations
o any supplier imposed fees
o material industry changes
o payment from credit card to account/credit facility
• Payment Method: Individual travellers Visa cards will be the method of payment for travel
and agency services at point of sale.
• Ticketing is based on instant ticketing. Online bookings will be fulfilled same day and agent
assisted bookings are typically issued same day
• Any applicable merchant and supplier fees are in addition to the fees provided
• International and Trans-Tasman bookings and associated fees are GST-free.
