book and approve travel anywhere, anytime. Zeno also offers a native mobile application
which includes powerful features to make Bunzl's travellers’ lives easier.

• Zeno Marketplace: supports travellers across the entire journey, connecting them with
Bunzl's preferred suppliers at every stage. Arrange a dinner reservation, or additional service
without leaving the OBT.

• Pre-trip and Risk approval: Approval workflows are built-in, and complying with travel policy
process is easy and efficient. This leads to increased attachment rates, less out of policy
spending, and an improvement in air policy compliance. This will allow Bunzl travellers to
obtain automated pricing in their pre-trip approval module.

• Leisure: Zeno can be configured to leverage Bunzl's contracted suppliers, to deliver a
simplified leisure travel policy to cater for online bookings in the same ecosystem.

Zeno Mobile App

Zeno Mobile is for travellers, and is not designed to be accessed by travel bookers, unlike the QBT
Portal. Travellers simply download the app and sign in using their unique Serko Online login details.
The mobile app automatically syncs with Serko Zeno Online and all trips are instantly displayed.
