               Your account manager will review and seek continuous optimisation across all program objectives:

                   •  Financial – defining targets and best practice to manage Bunzl’s travel demand and financial
                       objectives.

                   •  Travel Policy – ensuring compliance with policy objectives and traveller in-trip security.

                   •  Sourcing and Contract Management –

                          o  Defining category strategies that optimise consolidated volumes for financial
                              benefits and additional value.

                          o  Performance management of contracts to ensure negotiated benefits are received
                              and align with Bunzl's needs.

                   •  Process Efficiencies – streamlining end -to-end processes to increase cost transparency and
                       deliver productivity gains.
