Our service approach
Your dedicated consultancy team
Bunzl will be serviced by a dedicated team of experienced local consultants. This team of consultants
are amongst the most experienced consultants in the travel industry, with an average tenure of 10
years. They will form an essential part of our strategic partnership with Bunzl, they will understand
your company policy, preferences, preferred suppliers, travel routes and even understand your
travellers' behaviours. Your consultants will be available between 8am (AEST) to 6pm (AEST) Monday
to Friday.
Intelligent telephony
Our Bunzl intelligent telephony system ensures your dedicated consultant team recognises and
acknowledges your travellers without needing to ask their name, understands the reason for their
call and has access to Bunzl company and traveller profiles. This level of personalisation ultimately
provides an improved and seamless customer experience.
24/7 availability
Outside Australian business hours, Bunzl travellers and travel bookers will be supported by our in-
house, after-hours team based in our Melbourne office. This team consists of 23 rostered
consultants who have been trained to provide high-quality after-hours emergency service, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. They can be reached on your dedicated Bunzl number,
which is automatically diverted outside normal business hours to this team.
You will be supported 24/7/365 by an Australian based team, who know your travellers, understand
your company preferences and have all our infrastructure on hand to ensure your travellers receive
high-quality, personalised and efficient customer service around the clock.
