               Special Note on COVID-19
               The COVID-19 situation is unprecedented. While the travel industry and broader global economy
               have faced many challenges in the past 30 years, nothing has taken hold as rapidly or as impactfully
               as this. As trusted advisers in relation to our clients’ travel arrangements, it is imperative that we
               provide advice with the most up to date information available at the time it is sought. We refer to the
               latest status of travel warnings from the DFAT Smart Traveller site (www.dfat.gov.au), the Centre for
               Disease Control in the United States (www.cdc.gov) sites, World Health Organisation sites and other
               reliable and up to date information sources for assessment of the risk profile of destinations.

               We have extensive experience in booking travel during world events, breaking news or current affairs
               that affect travel, through the various government agencies and large media organisations that we
               service.  There are various services that we offer that will support Bunzl in meeting its duty of care
               obligations for its travellers. We are also in discussions with all our supplier partners about their
               cancellation policies, and seeking a greater degree of consistency, tolerance and flexibility around
               this issue.

               We are seeking to gather as much data as possible and will provide ongoing guidance in terms of the
               latest travel warnings and other relevant information.
