The Bunzl consultants are provided with regular training to ensure Bunzl receives not only a great
experience, but policy compliant options every time they book with the team:

• Supplier Training: All consultants engage in regular supplier training and updates. This
ensures that they are educated on all available supplier products and can assess both lowest
practical fare and value add offers when quoting travel for Bunzl.

• Fare Audits: On a weekly basis, our in-house airfares trainer audits reservations and quotes
prepared by consultants to ensure value for money is being represented in quotes provided.

• Technology Training: Our consultants are trained in the fare pricing technology available to
them in the reservation system. This enables consultants to validate quotes provided to
clients against an airfare benchmarking tool that includes client negotiated, QBT negotiated
and market discounted airfares.

Technology leveraged for compliance

Zeno
Zeno can be configured to improve travel policy compliance by notifying policy breach or restricting
viewing of air, hotel and car options that are out of policy. The use of the OBT also enables the
implementation of an approval process which will result in improved policy compliance. Further
details are provided in the following section of our proposal.

Improved Reporting Technology
The reporting tool will be constantly monitoring and analysing your data 24/7/365. It will
immediately flag policy exceptions, travel risk, and hidden savings and efficiency opportunities so
that Bunzl can act on these insights, all without needing to even log in.
