Comprehensive training in how to use both the Bunzl online portal and Zeno OBT will be provided
both during Implementation and ongoing, and is detailed in the Implementation section of this
proposal.

QBT Mobile App

Mobility is critical to any travel program, driven largely by the need for travellers to access to their
travel program 24/7. We are currently in development and testing of our unique QBT Mobile App,
which will give Bunzl travellers the ability to access their travel program on the go, 24/7. The QBT
Mobile App will be available on Apple iOS and Android devices and is anticipated to launch in Q2,
2020.
