QBT’s approach to technology and innovation is delivering value and excellent service to our
customers, being agile, and delivering continuous incremental improvement. The architecture
surrounding our travel platform is fully automated giving Bunzl the flexibility to better manage your
day to day travel operations. Your travellers will have convenient ways to control their travel
arrangements themselves, no matter where in the world they are. This is done via our online and
mobile applications, making it easy to take care of daily travel tasks when it makes sense to do so,
leaving our in-house expertise for when it's really needed.

When it comes to selecting online booking technology, we believe it’s important to assess the
various technologies available in the market that can best accommodate Bunzl's overall objectives
and offer a user-friendly experience in the most intuitive manner possible. With us, you will have a
choice of several market leading online booking systems, ensuring we deliver a non-biased approach
to travel management.

Within this Proposal, we highlight one online booking system for Bunzl's consideration, namely Zeno
for its user friendly, intuitive booking experience. The OBT Zeno, and other technology tools are
accessed via, and fully integrated with our Portal, allowing your travellers and travel bookers to view
itineraries, book and approve travel all from the one, single, travel ecosystem.

Our Customer Portal will provide Bunzl with complete access to your entire travel program in one
place via a single sign on (SSO).
