of fun too frequently.
I encourage you to actively seek out Type II Fun and make it a part of your life. Maybe
not every day, or every week, but periodically do hard things. Collect experiences that
are worthy of looking back on with pride and be a living example of courage for others.
The more Type II Fun you have, the more like Type I Fun it will become. Everyday life
will become easier, and those daunting tasks will become just another Tuesday. It’s
amazing what the human body, mind, and soul can endure… and eventually crave. The
more Type II Fun in your life, the more likely you will have a positive mindset when the
rare Type III Fun creeps up into your life.
Next time you are doing something that sucks, embrace it. Remember, it’s just another
type of Fun.
