Ever hear of the WIN philosophy? WIN: What’s Important Now.
In any survival situation, or simply prioritizing work demands… follow the Rules of 3 in
determining what is important now…
God gave us the amazing gift of life and the majestic environments that we find
ourselves.
There are things that your body needs in order to
sustain life. As a rule of thumb, you cannot go
longer than:
Three minutes without air.
Three hours without shelter in severely inclement
weather.
Three days without water.
Three weeks without food.
And, most importantly, most people will cease to function normally after losing three
pints of blood.
So, remain calm, provide your body with these necessities within these timeframes, and
you will make it!
