Decision:
                   Johann Kotzé must raise the quarantine matter with DALRRD to have a
                   protocol in place.  It should also be taken up in the revised VPN.  Johann
                   Kotzé must provide Board members with feedback in this regard.

                   The meeting noted that David Osborne had invited SAPPO to approach
                   No2 Piggeries for assistance and support where needed to dispose of the
                   ASF carcasses.

                   Dr Peter Evans reminded the members that SAPPO had paid a certain
                   amount in compensation during the outbreak in 2018, but that it was not
                   practical and cannot be maintained.

                   8.8  Resolution

                   The Chairman  referred to the letter and the proposed Resolution to
                   postpone the  AGM and  the  regional  elections, which  had been
                   circulated to the Executive Board members.

                   Johann Kotzé must have meetings with the National Council members
                   per province to discuss the resolution.

                   Decision:
                   The Executive Board accepted the Resolution unanimously.

             9.  GENERAL

                   9.1  Letter from David Osborne

                   The Executive Board members took note of a letter that David Osborne
                   had addressed to the Board requesting more pork promotions to ensure
                   more pork sales nationally.

                   Johann Kotzé explained that  SAPPO  was  creating  awareness  by
                   conducting  more  promotions  and was  already busy with  short-term
                   projects to make consumers more aware of the value of pork and to
                   create a demand for pork.

                   SAPPO was using all the marketing channels available to the industry to
                   promote pork as best as possible.
