PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE




               FLYNN CHILD CARE CENTRE CONSTRUCTION,

               FITOUT & REFURBISHMENT PROJECT
               21 BINGLE STREET, FLYNN ACT                               The project scope included the
                                                                         design development, authority
                                                                         approval, procurement, fit out &
                                                                         refurbishment of two existing
                                                                         buildings, and the construction of a
                                                                         New Link Building on behalf of the
                                                                         Department of Disability, Housing
                                                                         and Community Services (DHCS).

                                                                         The scope of works also included

                                                                         extensive civil works to the Northern
                                                                         side of the site and landscaping to

                                                                         two existing courtyard areas.
                                                                         Design development, consultation,

                                                                         procurement and construction was
                                                                         undertaken in accordance with all
                                                                         security, access, safety and other
                                                                         considerations of the current land
                                                                         owner, neighbouring properties and
                                                                         those of the DHCS.

                                                                         Boss Constructions was able to
                                                                         deliver this project on time and to
                                                                         budget. It was also able to bring
                                                                         back an 8 week delay caused by

                                                                         development approval careful
                                                                         programming and coordination.


                                                                         Boss Constructions work closely with
                                                                         both the Architect and Heritage
                                                                         Consultant to achieve the design
                                                                         intent and more importantly the high
                                                                         quality finishes without
                                                                         compromising cost or program.

                                                                         Project Value: $4,400,000.00
