      Whenever you go for increasing the output it ultimately results in jamming of the mill.
      The stator and Rotor part of disc must be brought under cooling and even main shaft
      must be circulated with chilled water from inside. This is the only way available for
      reducing the possibility of jamming. Less is the jamming more is the consistent
      output. Therefore lot of emphasis is on type of cooling provided in the pulverizing
      unit.
      Operation of the machine must be easy to understand which help operator to run the
      machine constantly and effectively.
      Power requirement to output ratio must be such that, per HP output must be in the
      range of 2.00 to 2.25 Kg per Hp. Otherwise pulverizing unit will not be cost effective.
      And finely powder quality! It should be fine, uniform and consistent. Otherwise you
      will not be able to compete in today's market.

       Carbon Black
       Carbon black: Graphitic is pure form of carbon black in nature. Carbon black is
       insoluble particulate material and is Electrically conductive.
       Properties of carbon black offer: Colour jetness and undertone on a spectrum
       from blue to brown, Opacity (or tinting strength), UV protection of polymer,
       Electrical conductivity.
       The smaller the primary particle, the better the UV protection because the
       protective effect relies on 2 factors - absorption of light and back scattering. As
       particle size decreases below 25nm, forward scattering increases in importance.
       However, below 20nm little extra benefit is seen.
       For maximum UV stability in any polymer
          lA carbon black should be between 20 and 25nm
          lBetween 2 and 2.5% loading (carbon black, NOT masterbatch)
          lHave the best possible dispersion
          lIn the extreme, pay attention to other stabilisation factors – antioxidant
              interactions, carbon black purity, surface chemistry.
       Carbon black is inherently conductive – it consists of disordered graphitic
       domains. The level of conductivity depends on particle size, structure, loading of
       black, dispersion, polymer crystallinity and many other factors!
