Principles of Chain of Command and Unity of Command were properly observed
to maintain harmonious relationship among and between the different offices (IFSU and
LGU and other line agencies) and consultation was done from the different stakeholders
through assessment survey. Likewise, the Department of Extension and Training Initiated
Training of Trainers/Coordinators in the preparation of training designs and project
proposals.
