1. SYSTEM-INPUTS AND PROCESSES

Extension and Training Services 2-storey building is situated at the eastern most
of IFSU Potia Campus, beside the organic dragon fruit research area. There was a
designated room for the RDET Chairperson, to properly manage records, performs the
duties and responsibilities as a chairperson.
In the college level, the coordinator is one of the faculty members of the college
and occupying or with ready access on IT equipment, supplies and materials needed in
the extension of trainings.

RDET office of IFSU Potia Campus is a separate office headed by
competent employees. The building has a wide space ready to respond

extension activities and researches.

 Present approved extension Instruments for monitoring and evaluation.

Standard Monitoring and Evaluation Form was designed by the RDET office. It
includes but not limited to the following information: name of the E&T Service
