CAF Objectives to wit:

 Describe the process of development of the institutional extension program/agenda

The extension activities conducted were the results of the piloted needs
assessment survey. The needs assessment survey concentrated to one barangay which
is Barangay Potia, the seat of the Ifugao State University. The needs assessment survey
included the research agenda of all colleges in line with the IFSU’s Extension & Training
Banner Programs.

 Describe the stakeholders’ participation in the formulation of the Extension Agenda

Stakeholders were invited for consultation and participation for the formulation of
Extension Agenda. All E&T agenda were presented for creative criticisms ready for
finalization.
