 Present the duly approved organizational structure of the Extension Program

The RDET has a distinct office headed by Vice President designated by the University
President.

Directly under the Office of VP-RDET, Director for Research and Director for
Extension and Training are designated. The RDET Management, the leading
implementers of the policies and programs of the SUC’s research and development,
extension and training functions is composed of VP-RDET as chair, with the directors of
RDET as members.
Governing Council from the major programs of RDET is functioning as policy
making & implementing bodies. They are constituted to serve as the clearinghouse of
ideas on the research and extension priority-setting, implementation and evaluation of the
whole college. It is headed by VP-RDET and with the program Directors as vice-chair and
the research and extension coordinators as members.

2. IMPLEMENTATION

 Describe the complementation of the curricular/program and the extension
project/activities
In respond to the challenges brought by outcomes-based education, the college
formulated four objectives under CAF program including its responsibility to organize and
conduct extension programs for the development of target communities through
manifesting the ability in building national and international linkages & cultural exchange;
and initiating entrepreneurial activities to generate income.
