5.2 Development Requirements
The Carepoint website will be initially developed with few technical resources. A simple hosting
provider, Register.com services, will host the site and provide the technical bac k end.
It will be in English first, than not too far later, the Arabic version.
We will work with a loc al based user graphic and interfac e designer to develop the simple,
elegant, yet Internet foc used site. This group will design all website graphics and layout.
The maintenance of the site will be done by Dr hussein Saad.
6.0 Strategy and Implementation Summary
We have clearly defined the target market and have differentiated ourselves by offering a
unique solution to our customers information needs. Our sales and marketing strategy
will be a combination of targeted mass marketing techniques as well as a focused direct
sales team approach. Reasonable sales targets have been established with an
implementation plan designed to ensure the goals set forth below are achieved.
