                   Our competitive edge is our positioning as strategic ally with our clients, who are clients
                   more than customers. By building a business based on long-standing relationships with
                   satisfied clients, we simultaneously build defenses against competition. The longer the
                   relationship stands, the  more we help our clients understand what we offer them and why
                   they need it.



               6.3 Marketing Strategy

                   Our marketing strategy is the key to our success:

                           quality service,  a friendly caring atmosphere, and delivering world class service.

                   Our marketing strategy is a simple one: satisfied customers are our best marketing tool.
                   When  a customer leaves our business with a happy experience knowing that it has had a
                   fulfilled day, our name and service will stand on its own. We have talked with many
                   companies, and associates who are  excited about our plans and are anxious to use our
                   services.



               6.4 Sales Strategy

                   We will be offering a unique solution that will be introduced to the market through targeted
                   advertising, direct mail, website optimization and direct sales.

                   The direct sales force will consist of three industry-seasoned sales people lead by Ms. Ferial
                   Saad. Traffic from mass marketing will be serviced by the sales admin located in Riyadh.

                   Mr. Hussein Saad will manage the  government agency and large private markets through
                   personal sales calls. This market is a long term, repetitive business where relationships
                   are  a key component to success.

                   Sales will be targeted to Saudi companies in the early stages as this market alone
                   exceeds 3,250,000 people.  Plans to expand into Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail are scheduled for
                   2019 and beyond.

                   We  need to sell the com pany,  not the  product.  We sell solutions, not Apple,  IBM,
                   Oracle,  ERP,  CRM  or any  solution brand names.
