Part III
You now know the various building blocks of a matching plan that will
enable you to achieve the following goal: The personality structure,
the competencies and the values fit together and harmonize with each
other, so that the managers and employees feel completely
comfortable in the company and at work. This is how you achieve
corporate excellence!
The four building blocks are:
1. Your profound knowledge of self and people, combined with
your strong ability for (self-)reflection.

2. the personality diagnosis tool INSIGHTS MDI® - with it you
support and optimize your ability to assess your own
personality structure and that of your fellow human beings
and interlocutors (manager, employees, colleagues,
customers, stakeholders, etc.), so that the fit between the
people and the company can be analyzed and established.

3. the competence diagnostic tool OutMatch ASSESS by
SCHEE- LEN®. With this tool, you analyze and match which
competencies are necessary (target competencies) and
actually available (actual competencies) on the part of
managers and employees to achieve the company's goals.
