Chapter Conclusion: Review and Outlook
• Companies need a wellbeing match. This succeeds when
the company and the workplace offer framework conditions
that allow managers and employees to feel good all around,
for example by allowing them to identify with the company
and by ensuring that their value system is compatible with
that of the company.
• The Wellbeing Match leads to an improvement in mental
health and a reduction in the risk of burnout and stress.
