Part II: Chapter 4 ‐ The Wellbeing Match

The goal of all this is to enable stressed persons to improve their
                               current situation.

Better manage crises with EQ module
The tool is supported by another instrument from the IN- SIGHTS-
MDI® family, the EQ module. This is an assessment tool for
measuring emotional intelligence. People who are aware of their
emotions have a higher level of self-regulation and can better adapt
to the framework conditions in stressful situations. The EQ module
can be used outside of RELIEF; however, it also makes sense to use
it in addition to RELIEF as part of successful stress prevention.

The tool helps to perceive, understand and apply emotions in
order to to achieve better cooperation with other people.

People who allow their emotions to overwhelm them are
particularly vulnerable to stress. That's why it's important to ask
yourself how you can avoid being overwhelmed by your emotions.
To do this, an executive observes what physical sensations he or
she repeatedly notices when, for example, he or she is angry,
annoyed or in danger of losing his or her nerve in a problematic crisis
situation. If she then notices one or more of these physical signs in a
particular situation, it is easier for her to recognize the associated
emotion early on and to take measures in time to prevent herself
from being negatively influenced by stressful emotions.
