Company Excellence through Matching in Leadership

                              Leading, motivating and inspiring according to type

                              Let's start by looking at the advantages of a good  match between
                              manager and employee and the manager's ability to adapt his or her
                              leadership style to the type of employee. A preliminary remark: Most
                              employees are primarily interested in their manager's mastery of the
                              leadership basics. If they are able to lead in an agile manner, this is
                              naturally also well received. And that also applies to the ability to act
                              ambidextrously. I don't want to minimize these insights into modern
                              leadership, which play a significant role in the New Work. However:

                                   From the perspective of most employees, successful
                                   leadership means that the approachable manager treats
                                   them with appreciation  and at eye  level and shows a
                                   genuine interest in them  (as unique interest in them (as
                                   unique individuals) expresses.

                              The manager shows true interest in an employee when he or she is

                              tick, what kind of person he is and what type of employee he is. It
                              is helpful  if  she is willing  to undergo a corresponding analysis
                              herself. In this way, they can assess how they, the manager, affect
                              the different types of employees on the basis of their own personality
                              structure and behavior. If you know what makes you tick as a boss
                              and how you affect others, you can assess the consequences of
                              your leadership work and adapt to the leadership context.
