AG once conducted on behalf of a bancassurance company. It
showed which values and behavioral dimensions were particularly

The values relevant for success were the economic and individualistic
motives, combined with a proportion of social values (strongest value
with low fluctuation in the team). As a result, the company was able
to target and select potential managers and salespeople with this
value and personality profile - and demonstrably reduce turnover in
the workforce.
