Part I: Chapter 1 ‐ It takes two to tango

                               motivate top performance, you can, for example, put together teams
                               in  the best possible way and deploy employees where  they can
                               develop, evolve and, moreover, perform at their best.

                                Exactly these are excellent examples of the advantages of an
                                and knowledge of human nature, with which it is possible to
                                 find for oneself to choose for oneself, in the truest sense of
                                the word, a "suitable" profession or to assign an employee -
                                or a team - a task that suits him or her, or team - a task that
                                     suits him or her because it is in line with his or her
                                  motivational situation and his inner driver, as well as his
                                            personality his personality structure.

                               Incidentally, this was also the conclusion of a study that SCHEELEN ®
                               AG once conducted on behalf of a  bancassurance company. It
                               showed which values and behavioral dimensions were particularly
                               strong and which were less strong among the successful managers.
                               The values relevant for success were the economic and individualistic
                               motives, combined with a proportion of social values (strongest value
                               with low fluctuation in the team). As a result, the company was able
                               to target and select potential managers and salespeople with this
                               value and personality profile - and demonstrably reduce turnover in
                               the workforce.


                               Business success and telemetry

                               Perhaps you are already eager to get to know the tools that are the
                               focus of the matching concept and with which it is possible to build up
                               company excellence  and create trans- formation processes. In the
                               second part and in chapters 2 to 4, this is the case. The tools are the
                               most important part of the matching  concept. They  help you to  do
                               certain things
