                               Chapter Conclusion: Review and Outlook


                                •  Companies need  a personality match. By observing and
                                  studying people (and yourself) and then repeatedly engaging
                                  in (self-)reflection, you increase your matching competence.
                                  You become  better and better at assessing whether,  for
                                  example, people or "people and position/activity" or "people
                                  and company" fit together.
                                •  In the next chapter, you will get to know INSIGHTS MDI®, a tool
                                  that will help you professionalize your ability to assess people's
