Part I: Chapter 1 ‐ It takes two to tango



                                Off to self-reflection!

                                There is the theoretical, the economic, the aesthetic, the social,
                                the individualistic and the traditional value and motivator.

                                 •  Which two drivers are decisive for you? Why is that?
                                 •  Pick an example person for each of the six values.
                                      a. Your company,
                                      b. Your team of employees,
                                      c. Your circle of regular customers,
                                      d. Your circle of acquaintances.
                                 •  Describe the persons in as much detail as possible in order
                                   to develop a feeling for the respective value orientation. The
                                   reflection will help you to better assess the respective drivers
                                   in your discussions with employees, prospects/new
                                   customers or applicants and (for example)  to  assign  an
                                   employee a task that suits him or her.
