                              "Who are you?" - Personality typology as an
                              auxiliary tool for matching

                              INSIGHTS   MDI®  gives you  the knowledge  to  better assess  other
                              people: You will learn to quickly recognize what others need to feel
                              comfortable,  relaxed,  and engaged in a conversation  or
                              relationship with you. You will learn to analyze the personality type
                              of your counterpart and adjust your own behavior accordingly. The
                              goal is better understanding between people, more effective com-
                              munication and a greater understanding of strengths and
                              weaknesses  that each of us has.  Importantly,  it  is not about
                              changing others. It's about understanding others as they are  and
