The model can be used, also with the help of online
methods, 60 individual types and over 500 personality
profiles describe.

The instrument can be used to measure people's behavioral
preferences objectively, reliably and validly. The behavioral diagnosis
is based on a questionnaire that is evaluated with the help of an online
tool. Further differentiation is achieved by integrating twelve
motivators and the EQ tool, which takes up the aspect of emotional
intelligence in order to be able to assess people's behavioral
preferences even better. The emotional intelligence (EQ) tool in
particular allows conclusions to be drawn about a person's ability to
build emotionally stable relationships with other people and to interact
constructively with them. About 90 percent of the difference between
successful and less successful leaders can be explained by emotional
